Unrooted Life

It’s a lonely life to always have your head in the clouds with an unrelenting spirit, to have your eyes on bigger things than the hustle and bustle, the bullshit and the confusion. To see through it all and see and feel everything everywhere all at once. Everything in life is built as a distraction from the point.

It’s a trap.

A thoughtless life is a reckless life. We focus on doubling down on math in order to throw around our big dick energy in some pointless competition across the globe to prove “American Excellence.” Meanwhile, we are so afraid dissuade critical thinking, drug baby geniuses in order to control their minds because they are too far off in out of space and they ask too many questions that require challenging belief systems, patterns of behavior…and usually the thing you fear most is that they’re smarter than you…and that they can see you. We can see the flaws in the code.

It’s called survival.

We sacrifice our children’s literacy and decide the ability to decipher and relay information in what we perceive to be our language while criticizing multilingual people for not cowering in fear of the language of British tyrants…the same tyrants who stripped the identity from my family line, forced our beautiful indigenous Irish heritage and language into something more palatable, that heritage of mine so proudly flaunted in these parts. When you praise St. Patrick, you praise the tyrant who decided to personally humble our collective heritage and it’s quite personal for me. When your roots run deep, you know who you are and why you are here. It is time to stop putting tyrants on pedestals. You dishonor your ancestors. You dishonor this country. You are abusive to yourselves and others.

It’s a trap.
