Privacy Policy
Who operates this site
This website is managed by Dead Lucky Productions, an independent creative entity, and hosted through a standard web-hosting provider. No personal information about visitors is published or sold.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string, are collected to help detect spam.
An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After a comment is approved, your profile picture becomes visible to the public alongside your comment.
Contact form
When you submit a message through the contact form, the information you enter (such as your name, email address, and message) is sent directly to the site administrator for the purpose of replying. This information is not shared or stored long-term.
Media
If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images displayed on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don’t have to re-enter your details next time you comment. These cookies last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, or social-media posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you visited those sites directly.
Those external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, or monitor your interaction with the embedded content.
How long data is retained
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be recognized automatically.
If you send a message through the contact form, the message is kept only as long as needed to respond.
Your rights
You can request an exported file of the personal data this site holds about you (if any) or request that it be erased. This does not include data kept for security, spam prevention, or legal obligations.
To make such a request, use the site’s contact form.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service.
